Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Process

• After selecting your products you will be offered a choice of delivery options: 
• Standard delivery is by courier and will ship out the day after payment is received, this will mean you will receive your order anywhere between 3-6 business days after your order is placed
• Express delivery is sent out the same day your payment is received and will be sent by Auspost Express delivery, this will mean you will receive your order between 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
• Pick up- if you are local to our premises in Blackburn South and are able to pick up your order, select this option and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time, there is no additional charge for this service.
• Free delivery applies on orders over $50 AUD

International Orders

• We currently only offer these delivery options to customers in Australia and New Zealand
• If you require delivery to another country, please contact us via email or telephone and we can help advise you on shipping charges based on your order and location.

Shipping Calculation

When going through the shopping cart you will be presented with a various shipping options based on your address and the weight of your products. We offer very competitive rates for a variety of shipping options based on how urgent the delivery requirement is.

If the value of your products exceeds the minimum order value for the eligible free shipping countries then the cheapest shipping option will show as free (with a £0.00 value). Choose this option for free delivery, or choose another shipping method for faster delivery.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order from Vanillabazaar. If, however, you are not happy with your order or want to cancel your order, we will exchange or refund provided it is within 14 days of your purchase. Please return any unopened items in their original packaging and advise us of your return either by telephone (0403 866436) or email vic@vanillabazaar.com. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for postage costs and we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us. You will be refunded or a replacement sent out upon receipt of items returned in their original condition. Please return items to:
