This Madagascan vanilla powder is created in a specialist facility that adheres to the highest quality standards to ensure that the powder is unadulterated through oxidation and is homogeneous. The authentic aroma and flavour of the original vanilla pods is always maintained. Gourmet powder has a lower vanillin content compared to our Premium range - latest specifications are available upon request.
